I have had a few posts on here and the responses have been wonderful and I have learned a ton.
I have suggested this on a previous post, but I cannot find it.
I have been doing some research and as I have found, as some of the wonderful people here have possibly suspected that I am working...
I'm going to be installing a hitch when it gets here (Bushtec says next week some time). I have the Kuryakyn 7671 trailer light relay set and a PDM60 to protect the bike.
My question is this: How have other people routed the wiring harness to the back of the bike: tucked under the fender with...
High Everyone,
Some of you touring owners expressed an interest in having some bigger laser cut lowers for your bike. This pattern is pretty close to the ones I made for my bike. The holes line up with my stock lowers. I am making no claims about them, but it is too hot riding with them on...
For fellow Touring owners, are your fork tube tops flush with the top of the triple tree, or proud of/higher?
I can't trust the memory banks anymore, but late night falling asleep one night recently I realized mine were 1/4" or better above the triple tree, and sort of, maybe, remember dropping...
Just a heads up. If you’re interested, I’ve listed the above referenced items on eBay.
I’m asking very modest prices and am subsidizing the real shipping costs.
I’ve also got a 2015 and earlier official service manual that I haven’t listed yet. 2015 would cover all years since there were...
Well fellow rocket pilots. i have hit a point in my channel where its just blah, but i got to thinking about what fellow Rocket riders would want to see. i do not see a lot of videos out there for mods to rockets or basic maintenance ( i filmed an oil change and the whole **** thing was out of...
So good sh$t happens along with bad sh$t, often all mixed up in recurring cycles all the way from the start to the end.
I mean depending on where you want the good and the bad to start, you could go back to when you went to the drive in with dad and came home with mum.
So for this little...
Battery went flat, so recharged all ok. Fuel gauge was working fine until I fired up after recharging and now just reads zero. Tank at 75% full btw. Any ideas folks? Cheers Tim
Hi All,
Battery flat as bike been stood unused over Christmas/New Year, so I need to recharge.
Do I need to remove the battery from the bike or can I recharge in situ? If in situ, do I need to undo the connections?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers Tim
ok, i'm looking to change out the suspension on the R3T with progression front springs and 444 rears 13-inch Standard springs, (front and rear), I did this to my Harley last weekend since it was at the point where if I came to a speed bump, it was pretty much a given that it was going to bottom...
I had my R3T 4 years before selling it. I just wanted to share things I learned along the way.
1. Eastern Beaver pigtail is a must for head lights.
2. Truck-lites led head light and driving lamps Rock! Life changing.
3. Never, never, ever put apes on your rocket and use car tire. To say it...
I'm in need of the switch assembly for the left hand side that houses the bright light switch, the auxiliary light switch, blinker indicator switch and horn button. I have replaced everything else trying to get my aux lights to work and this is the last piece left to swap out. With Christmas...
At 5.2”, my significant other half suffers badly from duck’s disease (her ar*e is close to the ground) and after much shenanigans on the bike, she/we/I have come to the conclusion that it would help her on longer rides if I could set up a set of pegs (flip up is preferable) in addition to the...

Hello All, Bought my 2008 r3t 3 years back, after confiscating my Sons' 2006 r3 for a few short rides...Very impressed with the torque of the massive 3 cyl. motor. Located a low mileage r3t in Black with the only damage being a scuffed left clutch lever, from the previous owner laying the bike...
