G'day,
I have just bought a new-to-me R3 2005, it has the gel touring seat (without the backrest hole) and the seller also has one with the backrest hole in it.
They look identical apart from the riders backrest hole.
This is what's on it:
This is like what he has (with rider's backrest)...
I recently got a deal on a used Nelson Rigg Survivor Series waterproof travel pack that has a sissy bar/luggage rack mount. It also came with a roll up bag for top. Open it's 25"tall, 18"wide, 12" front to back. I had a wider bag before, but this one is the perfect length for my tent, sleeping...
I have a 2025 Rocket 3 GT. Can anyone tell me who makes the best windshield for wind protection but also looks good on the bike. I've looked at quite a few but none of them looked good on the bike.
Hey Ya’ll! Glad to be part of this group (brand new). Looking for any advice / suggestions on helping my old, achy, football beat-up body be a little more comfortable on longer stretches on my new-to-me 2021 R3 GT. Currently pretty stock with panniers and a small windshield. Would LOVE options...
Hi group I recently took off my throttle body's ,sent out the injectors and got them back and put it all back together but was confused about the way the vacuum hoses hooked up, my question is if i have them routed wrong will the bike not start at all dont think im getting spark and the...
Firstly, would the outrigger covers from a Rocket III Touring fit onto a 2011 Rocket III Roadster and, if yes, does anyone have a pair of them they’d sell to me?
I've bought a pair of Touring passenger footboards and I'd rather fit a pair of outrigger covers that would fit with them, but if...
I just bought a 2014 Touring with 11k miles in pristine condition. Immediately rode it home from New Hampshire to North Carolina, so I have about 900 miles of experience on the bike so far. I've had lots of bikes over many years of riding, but this is my first Triumph.
Hello,
I have been looking for fork tubes for about 2 weeks now. As far as I can tell OEM ones from Triumph are out of stock everywhere. I tried finding aftermarket ones, but didn't get a response from the sellers. I am open to any and all suggestions. PLEASE HELP!
Just bought my 2010 touring yesterday. 7000 miles on the odometer, looks like the guy cleaned it more than he rode it. I am having a hell of a time finding extended cables to add ape hangers. I also can't find a line on a rider's backrest.
Hey All ...
My stock shift lever is too spread out for my foot.
I'd like to swap out the pedal itself to shorten the distance.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
I think this is the solution I've been looking for, for the awkward wrist angle. It's only day one, but I like it so far. It's weird but you feel more balanced and stable through turns with this setup on the Touring. I think the extra leverage you get with your low arm just makes everything...
To the best of my knowledge this file is as when it was posted in 2013. I stored it with PAR2 parity files (included in the archive) which checksummed the file and included a recovery record calculated from the parity. It is therefore highly unlikely the file is corrupted. PAR2 files can be...

Just picked up a new to me bike, my first Triumph, the Rocket 3 Touring. Everything stock.
It's a 2014 with less than 500 miles on the clock. Cheap price, couldn't resist. Rode it 15 miles home.
Should I be pleased, or frightened?
Tires original and need to be changed. Will change fluids...
Just completed a brief solo 2,000 km tour on my '25 R3 R Storm with Powerbronze windscreen, hand guards, and OEM Saddlebags.
- windscreen helps significantly, though wind and bugs on helmet.
- handguards great in cold, and high speeds, not in heat.
- don't notice saddlebags while riding...
New RIIIT owner here. Anyone know if the "Thunderbike Powersports’ Oversized T-Bars" would fit a touring at all? It says "not suitable" but I'm wondering if its because it would be generally too forward/poor ergos for the bike or it literally wont fit the stock configuration of the bike. Any...
