Hey norm I have been thinking of using a clamp like this to do what you are talking about, only problem you would have cut the glass almost perfect. I'm sure it would take hours to scribe it perfect.

I found the Post#33 Memphis Shades mounting kits for clamping to plexiglass etc screens fantastic but they would need some way of attaching to tip-overs. A bigger version of the custom made ones in Post#30 by @Bedifferent may do the trick. I checked and the Camco deflappers he used were only suitable for 1/2" tube.

Nope...just one of my fabricated projects from scratch. Camco RV awning wind deflappers, some polycarbonate pieces, 1/2" aluminum rod with flats cut on the end for a good mounting surface for the polycarbonate pieces, set screws, a nylon spacer. After I found the sweet spot I actually put a single screw through each of the mounts to fasten them permanently to the windshield. They actually held just fine with the deflapper clamps tightened down. Maybe too easy to steal. The nylon spacer prevents flexing and over tightening of the clamp.

I got these and am very happy with result.

I have the Roadster screen fitted at the moment (Spring just started here) and fitted some custom stainless steel lowers but also fitted a Memphis Shades lip (Hot Wings) and side screen extensions ( Side Hot Wings) from Cruiser Customizing that fitted perfectly and gave not only location options but also a clever mounting system that provides two positions so you can have the lip high or low and the side extensions narrower or wider.

They also supply two sets of rubber pads to adjust for thin and thick screens (the Triumph Roadster one is the thicker version.

And you have the R3T, which should have come with lower deflectors.

And if you have those, and are looking for more, @Boog put some canvass covers over the opening in the engine guards -- might be easier than trying to fabricate something -- but then -- sometimes the play is more fun than having the part installed.

Nope, don't have these but they surely look like they would fit the R3.

Measure the window you want to cover, take a few pics and call Kuryakyn.

Not available without the screen unless you go 2nd hand and good luck with that w/o a screen either. The 'TT' design is very similar for a lot of OEM and aftermarket manufacturers. Try Cruiser Customizing web site for a view of the range from National Cycle , Memphis Shades etc and get a close match and there is a good chance you can match to the Triumph brackets which are the cheapest parts anyway - see below. By the way I think the Calmoto site has incorrectly used the smaller and now unavailable Summer screen image below instead of the Roadster screen image. The Summer screen is smaller with only 3 bolts in the ' TT ' where as the Roadster screen is larger and same as earlier Std/Classic screen with 5 bolts across the ' TT '. I have one on my '10 R3R.
