    Okay so I am about to installed the Ramair filter kit, I also have the ECU cable and what to tune it up. I keep hearing contradicting stories where the 15' ECU is locked and some say it isn't. Can anyone give me a straight answer? If it is locked how do I unlock it? If it's unlocked, I'm unsure...
