Options other than Corbin for a Batwing style fairing for the R3R?

Sorry who are you ??? ... did I miss your Intro and the chance to welcome you .

I'm on the hunt for a reasonably priced 2012 R3R and have been reading up on things here for a while to get a general impression from actual owners, as opposed to believing everything printed in magazines. I couldn't offer much help or insight on other topics here, because most are very much specific to the Rocket III; however, seats aren't, and I thought I'd mention my experiences with Corbin in a brief message.

I'm not sure why that offended CanberraR3 or why he called me a tosser; he's a bit out of line, and I'm sure his mother taught him better. I won't hold my breath for the apology he owes.

wait a min if you been reading up on things here then you know to introduce your self here being your from the states I am sure you don't get the comment it could have been a lot worst so go introduce your self then jump in out of no where and say something

IF I'm not mistaking those fairings are for one headlight only (Touring) ....not two headlight like the Roadster.

Rocketpocket you better jump on the one thats going up for sale Mexican mentioned. lol

I would but I have other $ obligations just now. Besides that the short fly screen keeps me in touch with reality when traveling @ triple digits mph :Do_O

I got a quick reply but the word was disappointing .....

If you had been reading you'd have noticed this thread was about fairings, not seats. There's plenty of discussion been and being had about seats in other places. What you did was just the same as walking up to a bunch of strangers in a pub, interrupting their conversation and starting one of your own. Pretty sure if you did that you'd be called a tosser there too. If anyone was rude it was you. And now you're out of line.

I understood he was looking for a seat for a faired bike. That was my misunderstanding. CanberraR3 getting his panties in a wad over someone trying to help is a reflection of his personality defects, not anyone else's politeness.

Just go and introduce yourself Joe .. you're beginning to sound like an idiot .. not doing yourself any favours shooting your mouth off on here .. trust me.
