Foglight (Highway light) bulb replacement

I tried that math formula with my wife. Did not work

Here, let me help with the wording: "But honey/sweetheart/love muffin" (or whatever she won't kill you for saying) "the bulbs are cheaper, but they'll burn out in a year or two, the LED's are more effective and they'll last longer and give even better light!"

;)

And safety... don't forget about the safety thing... "This upgrade makes me so much easier to spot on the road... you do want me to be safe, right?" haha

Amazing- Here! Buy these headlights, they do nothing better than stock and burn out 5 times faster.
I do like that the tint of the light coming from the headlamp shells is different from standard halogen. I was hoping it would assist with being seen by others. If the touring didn't have driving lights I would not be able to see the road at night. I suspect the engineering of the stock headlamp reflector to be lacking.
Time for Trucklite LED, as soon as my budget opens up. Glad there is an alternative.
The class action doesn't move forward till 3/25/15. Still have my receipts and packaging for 2 sets of these for 2 bikes. By the time the lawyers take their cut I can anticipate a coupon for 5 dollars off my next Silverstar purchase.

Yeah I'm now considering the Truck-lite and combining it with JW Speaker driving lights, they output tons more light than the Truck-lite driving lights (almost 800 lumens vs under 300). I just hope it wouldn't look too funny.

Here is my 2 cents, I did not believe the hype on the package, but I will say the ultra white light does make you more noticeable during the day and night. At night it seems about the same output as stock, but clarity, because of how white the light is makes it seem better to me. As for life span I will let you know. Worth 150 bucks to me, so I am more visible to other drivers.
Lots of tourists and other idiots wear I live need all the help I can get.

For what it's worth, I was driving my Mustang around on some errands yesterday and came upon a motorcycle with intensely bright lights. I know we try to stand out and be seen but these were way too bright and I was very annoyed coming upon them like I did. I know there are some that say the heck with anyone who complains about them wanting to be seen but after seeing this one guy...I think he went too far.
Just my opinion.
