R3T forks are standard type not upside down as the dual headlight versions are.

This is the only part described as a 'bush' in parts listing

Yes, I stared with the same page of catalogue. Service manual is the same as well. But it doesn't mean the 2-nd one bushing don't exist. The case is that Triumph guess it's for a lifetime. I talk to few guys from Triumph service station and they confirmed that inner one (that one that not listed) could hardly be worn out. Unfortunately they didn't mention if the inner bushing ring could be replaced or not... For other hand 2 different suppliers has it in catalogue. That's the second one: Triumph Rocket III Touring 11 Fork Bush Kit - Slinky Glide Parts at Wemoto - The UK's No.1 On-Line Motorcycle Parts Retailer

Any yes - it's about Touring not other models.

Finally. Forks disassembled. Second sliding bush is present and easily replaceable. The question is the size only....
I measured both sliding bushes. Here are the dimensions:
External sliding bush (top): 11.8 x 2 x 46.84 (ext. diameter ) 42.84 (int. diameter) - quite obvious for this fork.
Internal sliding bush (bottom) : 19.75 x 0.97 x 41 (ext. diameter) 39 (int. diameter) - 41 (ext. diameter) is very strange here. I guess must be much closer to 43. I'm curious is it ok.... or factory made a mistake as they did with engine bearings....?
As you can see on photos it's a huge space between sliding bush edges. And the reason is that 41 diameter....

Well.
I sent a few emails to Triumph regarding this issue.
1. They confirmed that internal sliding bush supplies with T2045416 | Tube Fork only.
2. This 6 mm space between edges "This appears to be correct."
So the spec for inner (bottom) sliding bush based on that one I measured: ~ 19.75 x 0.97 x 41 (ext. diameter) 39 (int. diameter), or you can just take common 43 external diameter sliding bush and cut off 6mm of the edge :)
