I've been in my warm office doing some drawings
Details that I have determined.
The stock (old) pull rod head diameter is 11.4mm Dia. by 2.3mm thick.
The later pull rod is 13.4mm Dia by 3.8mm thick.
The positioning of the pull rod to the Lift shaft determines that the head diameter of the two different pull rods ..... makes no difference to the lift
The lever that the cable attaches to at the Engine is 46mm center to center.
On my bike there is 12 mm of travel at this lever when the clutch is pulled in.
This equates to 15° of rotation, which in turn equates to 1.54mm of lift at the pull rod.
