That engine breather is a PITA.
You should try fitting the mini K&N filter that does NOT compress with big Dutch mully grubers for hands ..... A few choice words and a couple of attempts but Dutch stubbornness cut and I didn't give in, now the little sh!t can stay there till eternity :)

Yes when I pulled the pipe out that goes from the crankcase to the air box I thought to myself there's no way this thing can ever go back on. As for the rest of the plastic I didn't throw it away. The only bit that might get used is the bit that goes on the throttle bodies maybe with a 90ml PVC bend glued into the front of it and a big K/N filter on it and custom claw. I've patented that idea so no one can steal it.
 
Got the bear claw on correctly , front bolt 1st , rubber mounts then rear bolt , no drama.

Took it for a belt up the M1 , wow induction noise sounds cranky , havnt notice a big increase in power although seems a good deal snappier on the throttle , for some reason my bloody fuel guage wont reset after filling up though ???

After a tune is loaded my fuel guage went a little wonky for about 30-40mins....

BTW: I have my RamAir on order.....
