Has anyone loaded tunes on a 2014 Touring? Wondering about the lockup issue. I'm considering a 2015 Touring and would put the Roadster tune in if possible.

I agree with Paul, I'm pretty sure they are different, also pretty sure the TuneECU site listed the bikes with lockup, no Rockets were on it.

The Roadster and Touring tunes are compatible in TuneEcu, whereas the standard tunes are not. I also wonder if the Roadste and Touring TORs are the same in terms of flow.

Why not use powertripp's tune? it should be easy enough to locate. Did you get another Rocket Doug?

Roadster TORS will not have the saddlebag mounting brackets that the Touring models require.

I haven't gotten one because I'm not sold on what to get. I'd really like the ABS on the Roadster but I can't deal with the rearward foot controls. So getting a New Roadster depends if the dealer can obtain and install the old rails and foot controls. The Touring has the boards and heel toe shifter which I've never used. I suppose I could get used to it. Since the engines and transmissions are the same, I suspect the fueling and unrestricting secondaries for the Roadster tune would work well enough on the Touring.

I'm not asking about putting Roadster TORs on a Touring. I'm wondering if the Roadster TOR tune would work on the Touring with Touring TORs. My last experience with a Triumph stock tune for the T-Bird 1700 with TORs was pretty good - except that 1700 cc isn't enough.

Assuming the tunes are compatible and if the cats are in the muffler housings on the Roadster as they are on the Touring, I'm sure it would be fine.

The heel and toe shifter on the Touring is a two piece design. The heel piece can be removed.

I don't know how to do it.if you just use the front part, what do you do for leverage as you would have with a peg to lift up on the shifter?
