my opinion is that there is something wrong with the rear wheel and he is trying to correct by working the bars.
looks to me like the rear tire is moving back and forth way to much for what the bars r doing.
 
Was on a other post before it got closed. Same subject. You are correct. Rear bearing failure. See post that was closed. To the guy that is worried about this happening to a rocket. Never engineered correctly. @IMFASTTOO I have over 200,000 thousand miles on Harley's in the last ten years. I do all my own work and maintenance. May not be a big shot in the motorcycle world but do know a thing or two about Harley's.

As for the Harley, I heard that 80% of all Harleys are still on the road,,,,,,,,,, the other 20% made it home!

I had a Shovel for 20 years, rode it every day, did I learn how to work on a bike.

You look like a big shot to me, anybody that can do what you do to a bike has my most respect!

The few repairs I did on my 1984 Shovel were simple and a dream to work on simple and basic ,
