Is a Roadster tank a direct bolt on for the R3T?

Front mount on non touring is a triangular tab. 2 bolts into tank on the bottom, one into the frame ahead of the tank.

I'm wondering if it's the same mount upside down on the touring. 2 bolts to the frame and one to the tank.

I would move the stock Speedo up to the handle bars.

You could be onto something there about the same bracket. It would make sense from a manufacturing point of view..... but we are talking Triumph so who knows.

Norm the only problem I see would be where the key goes you could modify the tank or move the ignition

The front end looks very possible with little work. Now on to the rear. Just go keyless and move the switch somewhere.

Rear are the same both measure 3 1/2 inches

Thanks guys. This definitely falls under the category of why can't I just leave **** alone. There is a spot on the left side that would be perfect for the ignition.
