What's the single best thing you've done to your R3 that's not related to increasing power?

Of course you can list a few things, but keep the lists short. I'm looking at purchasing a roadster, and am not concerned with increasing power, but I always appreciate increasing handling.

Rear Progressive Shocks.

Only had my Roadster a few weeks. I put Progressive on my 2004 V2K and it was by far the single best handling mod I did in 78,000 miles. I ordered them for my new Roadster same day I bought it.

I'll be looking into the front replacement just mentioned above by natural as well . . .

In addition to the above, and I hope I'm not opening a can of worms here, but fitting a slightly higher profile rear tyre - 240/55 instead of 240/50 - has improved a number things for me: handling, grip (more a brand thing than size but..), fuel economy, mileage, softer ride, looks and for me it puts the bike better in the power band when coming out of corners, although that depends a little on how you ride.

PLEASE don't turn this into a pro or anti Darkside discussion - it's about profile.
