Mods done by previous owner: airbox delete, K&N airfilter, 3in1 straight pipe with cat delete.
Frome where I should understand isnit tuned or not?
Rides very well, fuel consumption in city is around 11l for 100km on the road around 7l for 100km any advise/suggestion what I should do to be sure that engine remain healthy.

Triumph Rocket 3 Original models with ramair air filter, triple TORS silencers and cat delete.

Rev Limit: 6800rm
Speed Limiter: 299kph
Fuel up to E10
Minimum 95 RON (89 RON/MON) fuel
HansO tweaks from r3owners.net to help cure popping on... HansO R3 early models with ramair cat delete, TORS and decel pop tweak
It might be worth comparing your map with this one.

With these changes on the motorcycle, the original map will have a lean mixture, decel popping, a hot motorcycle feeling, and low fuel consumption (not your case), and I'm sure the map on your motorcycle has been tuned.
