not to be argumentative as what you say is correct however if you tune the bike properly through stock ECU you can derestrict it without the GI.

I don't know the tech side of it but Nev derestricted mine without the GI.

Stripes you obviously know more about this unit than me mate...
Instuctions say the setting ( - ) switches off the system and the bike returns to standard OEM settings..
My map has Ign Advance 1,2,3 settings and the bike will not idle at all on any of the 1,2,3 ATRE + Fuel increase settings with this present map..

So would you mind explaining the Circumventon infomation please, Im interested to know Sir..:cool:
 
I'm loving the thread and ideas...but the "code" talk of what the mods are (eastern beaver, PODS, etc...) has me burning up google and search... How about throwing us newbie's a bone... LOL
