PURE STOCK

I've read with interest about all the modifications and accessory additions made by my fellow Rocketeers. I was just wondering if anybody out there has left their ride completely stock? Is this even possible?

Some do when it is still covered by warranty just in case something goes wrong and by the time warranty runs out they have a list of " To do" mods and parts ready and waiting for install. There is one guy local to me who has a stock one and original owner and I am sure there are more but I think modified would out weight stock, just by what I have seen.

What is this "Stock" that you speak of?

It's like a larger capacity lams bike when its stock it's just so restricted , if new to the rocket you learn on it stock then you de-restrict it.

Yep completely stock .even got the original ignition .only problem I have had is two detent springs and a few clutch and front levers broken Ha Ha

Yep Pete's never felt the need to muck around with his .. too busy riding it truth be known.

I have modified at least some little thing on all 28 bikes I've rode. Even the dirt bikes got something new like stronger brake and clutch levers. My Rocekt got new Tors, engine gaurds chaps, hippo hands (winter only) and a beaded seat cover. Not realyy major alterations, but a little change always happens.

Mine used to be stock, but that was a long time ago.
