Sounds more like the apprentice boy was prepping your bike b4 you took possession. Maybe take it back and speak to the manager and ask them to go over it and make sure its done properly...i dont think its the bike.
I'm wondering if the battery installation is done at the dealership or factory. Again I found the battery terminals loose after just tightening them up myself. This seems to be a recurring thing. I will check to see if there is a proper lock washer on the terminal bolts. I may just swap the nuts out for some Nylock nuts anyway. This beast just wants to loosen them up I see. Shake it if ya got it.

Today riding all was seemingly fine until I go to turn into my driveway. Rear Left Indicator Malfunction Check Manual, indicators blinking fast, problem wrench appeared on dash. Kill bike, turn off, turn on, alarm gone. Good grief, it's possessed.
Got the same issue since I bought the bike, 3 times reflashed ECu and still there. Some people even got the Instruments changed to get rid of this (I'm starting to believe I'll be the next one :-D )
Bit of advice, you don't need to restart the bike to get rid of it, just let the indicators blink for like 15-20 seconds, it will fix itself (obviously there's some internal timer which resets the error message and let the indicator work normally, looks like an electrical issue to me, where the ECU just cuts off one indicator because a failsafe circuit or somethin', and then after the timer expires, it restores the normal function until the reason for cutting off reappear).
Reflashing the ECU is a 130 mile trip for me. I did tighten down again on the negative battery terminal a bit more and have not had it since then. I'm not convinced there is not a problem though. Seems the way Triumph saddled the terminals for the grip warmers allows the terminals to loosen. They should have used a separate terminal strip instead of just piggybacking them on top of the battery, imo.
Twice now out with no error wrenches after retightening the terminals firmly. Went out yesterday two up for about 60 miles with no issues and pleasant riding. I wonder if when these bikes are carried in to "REFLASH the ECU" they are finding the terminals loose and tightening them at the time to fix the issue. Seems like if the ECU memory went bad all kinds of other things would be happening.
I did my 600 mile service today with full synthetics Mobil 1 20W-50 motorcycle oil, M1-108A filter (barely fits, any longer will be into coolant tank), and Mobil 1 75W-90 hypoid gear oil. No alarm wrenches since the battery terminals were tightened the second time. I did put a 10mm wrench in my storage compartment along with a few other bike basic tools to tighten things up on the road.
About the only thing I'd like coming from a Road King is a bit more wind protection at speed. Rocket is certainly the appropriate name for this machine. Wow.
I've got an appointment with the dealer to attempt a correction of the rear brake failing issue. All the research looks like it's hit or miss getting a fix. I guess I'll go the TUNEECU route where I can start bleeding it myself. Ordered a OBDLink MX+ and still researching android usage before I jump in. New tricks for this old dog. ruff
2021 Rocket 3GT with less than 300 miles and I'm starting to see some odd things like turn signal malfunctions. Then the headlight is strobing. What is going on?? I pull the seat off and check the battery terminals. Yikes! They were just hand tight and looked to be arcing with lots of corrosion. I took everything apart and cleaned everything up and used dielectric grease on reassembly. Good and tight this time. Reset the clock and date. No more strobing headlight and the turn signal malfunctions have not reappeared. So far so good.
