New battery; starting issues continue

Well, there are a lot of posts on the forum where, due to TPS, the whole bike was taken apart and reassembled. In your case, one might assume that fuel injectors fill up with fuel during downtime.

Anyway, adjust the stepper motor, TPS, remove the injectors for ultrasonic cleaning, what would I do.
