Heat Shield

Anyone know where I can source an exhaust heat shield (AKA Cover Assembly Cat Box RH) for an 09 Classic. I was lucky enough to get rid of the ridiculous exhaust the original owner had fitted and I've gone back to the traditional 3 pipes. (Thanks to a member here, Jason Jurgens).

I can get an original shield from the UK for $300 which seems very steep considering what it is. Worst case is I see a local metal fabricator here. Im sure there must be some out there with everyone upgrading pipes. I have tried several Australian wreckers but lucky for most of us not many Rockets end up there.

Oh and if anyone is after the schematics, let me know and I can email them through.

I sold an 'as new' one from a trike conversion to Mitzzy last year for Au$50.

Get a new one from Fowlers UK or ask the local dealer to order one in from UK.
