Just wanted to let you-all know. I ordered the wrong size tire for my Roadster (old eyes, didn't have glasses on) from TireRack Find. Deliver. Install. Smarter. ℠
It cost $20 shipping from Georgia to my door in Florida, and came in 2 days! I called today to request a return, expecting maybe a hassle, and probably getting a RA number, etc. etc. WOW! The very polite Lady answered the phone, and asked if this was Frank? I asked how did you know, she said their phone system pulls my account up automatically! I told her I had ordered the wrong tire, she read the order back, I said yes, that's the one. She said no problem, and that UPS would be here in a day or two TO PICK IT UP! No forms or papers to fill out, no going to stand in line at the UPS store! I AM IMPRESSED!
