Flipmeister's Paddock Stand

I'm trying to buy one of these stands for my 2006 R3.. no joy on emailing the Flipmeister.. anyone know how I can get one sorted?

(I'm over the pond, in the not so sunny motherland..)

You must be winding up in my spam folder because I've not seen any correspondence from you to date.

Try Sales@flipmeisters.com or (517)447-3853

I'm always around...somewhere.

The stands are 2 weeks out at the most. As soon as they are ready to ship, I'll change the message on the website www.flipmeisters.com to ready to ship.

It's been a long and tedious summer that has had nothing to do with motorcycles and everything to do with family, death and dying.

Oftentimes, you want to be somewhere else but that place is unobtainable so you just deal with what is.

I have the Flipmeisters stand. I however, still have "cold feet" about enlarging the sub-frame holes so I can use it (my Classic has the smaller subframe holes).

It looks like that if I enlarge the right hole, part of the lower crankcase edge is going to be affected by the drilling as well. I just don't know....

There should be a gap between the lug and the crankcase just place a piece of steel in the gap while drilling. This will stop the drill tearing chunks out of your sump if it grabs when breaking through.

centerstand conversion

Hey Flip:

outstanding piece of work. will probably get one as budget allows.

Question: any thoughts as to using this as a base for a conversion to a standard mounted centerstand? have never understood why Triumph never put one on. the Rivco one is nice but even with chrome is no where near worth the $349.00 price (Link Removed).

just a black paint or powder coated unit would be super. be great to be able to set on the CS on parking on sloping side streets instead of the standard kickstand which IMHO is about an inch too tall for comfort.

just my 2 cents worth.

ride safe.

Jeff
