Bridgestone Exedra Max

Problem I hear with the discount stores is the age of the tire. In other words, how long its been in the warehouse

The Exedra Max hasn't been on the market long enough for that to be a valid concern, other than if they are stored improperly (too much heat, etc).

Un like the Metzler as it could be a year or two old when you buy your new bike - so I was told by a Metzler dealer.

I noticed how slick my new Excedra Max's are. Apparently they creosote them to keep the rats feom chewing on them in the warehouse, kind of like rail road ties

I really like these tires. Have over 800 miles on them now and they ride great. Good in the rain too, although I have not been in a down pour they seem good on wet pavement. Will find out on the twisties this weekend in NC.
