Almost invariably: Heel 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 (and 6th here I come), and Toe 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 (or more precisely, ball of my boot). I find the riding boots just too stiff to maneuver the ankle enough to alternate above and below the front tab as is done with other bikes.

It looks like the original heel/toe shifter that came with my 2007 Classic. Does your 07 have the platforms? If it does it should have that shifter mounted unless someone changed it.

Hummm. Send me a pic. You might have the single front shifter in which case the pivot bolt might not fit the heel/toe style shifter. Im not sure. Someone else might. Somehow Scott remembers those details.
More parts arriving today. Finally got a triumph flyscreen, might add red stripes haven't decided yet. Went with a black shift lever, looks like it should work. And going to try out some short, adjustable levers.
