You are correct. And in my opinion the only good looking fairing I've ever seen on a Rocket.

BUT - just a heads up - I'll bet the forks will need a serious upgrade. It's a Harley fairing so I bet it is not light.

I did have a plan to use a '90's Triumph Sprint fairing.

Found a fibreglass copy - Now sits in my mates bike shop.
