The R3T has a completely different rear section, hence the 180 tire vs the 240 tire. Try Corbin if you're looking for hard bags. Don't know if they've got them for the R3R yet but they do make them for the Standard/Classic models.

Corbin does indeed have bags for the R3R. I met Mike Corbin in Sturgis and also saw two R3Rs with his bags mounted - oh yes, they also had cool looking Corbin bat wing fairings as well.
