Does anyone other than Triumph make bags that fit the Triumph mounts?

Not that I know of and I looked pretty extensively a while back. Too bad you can't just buy the connecting parts from the luggage to adapt to other bags. For other options you'd need the C Hepco brackets which would allow more options to mount their mounting bracket on most bags. I regret somewhat not going that route.

Hi All, Received my Hepco and Becker side bags for the Rocket 3R, quality is really good, brackets are not as elegant as the genuine article, but at around $1000AUD less than genuine (bags and brackets) I cant complain too much.

Why not try to engineer the parts needed to fit whatever panniers you want? Maybe you could retain the original Triumph bracket on the bike and fabricate the matching parts that attach to the panniers

If someone could do that I would buy from them. The hard part is the latch at the top. I don't even care about whether it would lock or not. I've looked at car trunk latches- that seems to be the closest pre-made item, but it probably wouldn't work.

Maybe approach a local engineering shop and get a quote?
