Thanks Nev. I did speak with the tow truck driver who I was hoping he would deliver my bike to me today. He said around 2pm he would phone me if possible otherwise tomorrow, looks like tomorrow at this stage. I asked him how did the bike look. He said the main thing he noticed was the casing at the bottom of the motor was broken....ummm, that dont sound good

Mate your bike will be a write off with that sort of impact . Insurance will sort u out. U do have insurance rite?

If it's the sump plate that's broken .. that's about $2,000 to replace new. If it's the crank cases that are broken ... then it's $10,000 for new ones .. not good at all !!!

Hope he has . Scorp don't want to point out the obvious mate but this is why we have insurence . I strongly suggest once this is sorted u get some brother . I wouldn't take my machine out without it .

Yes I know. I even hear my own words with that. When I first got the bike I went straight to RAC who I have my cars and home and contents with. They said they don't insure anything about 1500cc. I then went to Shannons and you had to of had the larger engine size for 12 months, after that and shopping around time went by, and a few years and here I am. A voice in the back of my mind kept telling me to do it expecially after the new tyres and exhaust. Hmmmmm shoild have listened to my inner thoughts.

Bad luck about the bike but at least you are still here mate. I hope it gets sorted out for you and you get it back on the road. I saw the pic you posted up, not too bad but I can only comment on what I can see.

We have both bikes with Swan. Best inclusions and premiums as low as anyone else. Great service too.
