I've bought a lot of stuff over ebay in the past years had have never been scammed. I'm guessing the scammers know they aren't going to get away with it like in the beginning and therefore don't make a attempt.
I must have missed the reason but why not transfer all the parts from your old tank into the new? This would save some money.
Back when I did the fuel filter change my Roadster wasn't reading the fuel correctly. I think the "miles to empty" was off a tad. I bent rod #4 a tad bit and this helped a bunch. The adjustment can be made there as long as the pump stays covered with fuel for suction and help keep the pump cool.
