You are delusional if you think you know what other people want.
We all want different things including hp and torque.
Just saying.
NO LOTS OF DIFFERENT WANTS FOR DIFFERENT OWNERS different strokes for different folks LOL

But, also, in the real world, how long would anyone spend at top RPM whether that's close to 7,000 revs or 9,000, especially on public thoroughfares?
Rarely!!!! not very often in fact not very likely or you will lose your licence unless you regularly ride on a Drag Strip, so why do you want your Power up where you rarely go, why not have it where you can actually use it, I have never had any of my bikes on a Drag strip nor am I ever likely too doesn't interest me one bit

IF thats what you want then you should leave your bike stock as a stock Rocket has all the power you need to do what you want
but you can have more usable power at lower RPM where You Do spend your time riding thru twisties not just in a straight line ...... like a drag strip ....yawn boring:rolleyes:

y
FOR some riders a stock Rocket has all the power they can handle
you have got to be kidding .... for Gawd's sake go and let some air out of that inflated EGO Art you are starting to sound like some one that thinks they are great and we all know what we call them ..:whitstling:

If I want more or lots more usable power I simply downshift.

We all might do well to leave this at "different strokes for different folks" as these sorts of conversations often end up a bloody mess.

My motto is vive la difference or "whatever floats your boat" should rule anyones' decision on how to set up their ride(s).

YEP THEY CANT USE THE HP
Art when MotoGP bikes started to exceed 200 hp some riders were getting spat off cause they weren't using the throttle correctly except the the really good ones like Valentino Rossi etc that were still winning and a mile out front of the others, so they bought in traction control to make the less talented rider better and at Phillip Island turn 4 you could hear the traction control cutting on as the the lesser rider were still tying to hard.
That was on the race track with racing slicks that were still behind the times and couldn't handle the power being put thru them unless you were carefully to bring the power on smoothly
The point I am making is that anyone can handle almost any amount of power as long as they engage their brains first and bring it on smoothly so your statement needs to be clarified so so you dont sound like a ego-manic
