My Dealer will install Tuneboy for $275 which includes a Key, and installing a new Tune. Is this a good price? My Dealer is 150 miles away, I have the TORs and factory tune installed and want to install triple k&n's and o2 eliminator before the tuneboy is installed will I be able to ride it to the Dealer or will it have to be trailered to avoid the risk of damage? Am I better off buying the whole kit and cable to do it myself? I think my Windows laptop is still good but runs windows xp will it run the TB program? Will it run on a Mac? I have a 2008 R3T with TORs, triple K&N's, and o2 eliminated is Link Removed the best Tune for my configuration? Anyone know where is the least expensive place to buy the TB kit? I don't think that I will play with settings allot I just want the bike to run the way that the engineers designed it to not the way the lawyers ok'ed it to. I would appreciate all opinions. THANX

A new one in the box costs more than that. If they can get everything going for that price without you having to pull out your hair it is a great deal. Sounds too good to be true to me.

He already has a cable and the software that will remain his, he will use it to load a tune on my ECU after I purchase the Key. $275 covers the key and his time/ labor

That is a lot for him to just load the tune. I don't know if I would run 150 miles before installing the tune. If I were you, I would get the Tuneboy yourself. It is more expensive but will give you more options if you want to change anything later as you will have the cable and the software license. Installing the driver on the laptop was a bit of a pain but the website has step by step instructions. I have the same exact configuration and am running that exact tune. The result was amazing! I had previously owned a Rocket III Classic and this configuration and tune will give your R3T similar pick-up and feel to the Classic. Good Luck! :)

Buy the Tuneboy. You will be glad you did. Its a great tool to have and you can tweek your tunes to the way you like. For just a few dollars more you can have it and not drive the 150 miles.

Just as I thought at that price = no cable which means everytime you want to screw around with the tuneboy you have to drive 150miles.
Spend the wee bit extra and buy the complete package you will be glad that you did.
Check around the various sites and see if anyone has a group buy going.:D
