Welcome neighbor. I hail from Lafayette Indiana. I get up to the Chicago land area a few times a year. Nothing wrong with stock it does not take much. I too am surprised the luggage rack and sissy bar are on on the bike? It appears the rear reflector has been relocated behind the seat. Definitely ask the dealer to check with the previous owner. Got my R3T last year for Windy City Triumph

As far as the sissy bar and luggage rack, I believe they were still optional accessories in 2009 and this bike simply doesn't have them? From what I'm reading, they might be hard to fine, too! Perhaps same story with fog lights, so better get to ordering what I can!
