CES ****

I found the source of my dyno number confusion, STD vs SAE. 153 SAE = 159.8 STD.

Puts my last sheet right within margin of error of 160, so yeah, basically right where CES claimed it should be.

Now fitted the CES silver ceramic headers with a @HansO tune done by the man himself in Batemans Bay last week along with a throttle adjust, going great, thanks again Hans!
(p.s. The pumpkin made great soup and we knocked it off in a few days.)

I kept my current unknown brand short exhausts with an aftermarket collector and stock header 1 3/4" outlet. Also kept the stock black painted lower heat shields with black ceramic heat shields on the headers and RamAir, PC5 and AT.

Hopefully the short but free flowing exhausts will save me a few $ when doing tyre changes as they stop before the axle easing wheel removal. (see pics above)

It was my pleasure Peter, my Super Skin helmet arrived this morning so I had to test ride it, great bit of kit

That would be correct for the roadster as they have a different cam grind, but for the pre 2010 models that had 10 less HP, I would expect to see 10 less say on my 05 model
THEY are not a different cam grind

THEY are not a different cam grind
Yes we know already

Going very OFF TOPIC

Good to hear, my Lazer 'Solano' Super Skin Hyper Reflective Silver (matches the grey beard sticking out the bottom exactly) full face arrived at my door just now too.

Very different from the Australian design rule compliant open face XL 'Rider' model (AUD$120 delivered) we both have already. Lazer Rider Superskin Helmet Review - webBikeWorld

Same size (XL 61-62cm) and only 1450g with a free pinlock anti fog shield, nose breath guard and under chin curtain but the head opening is tiny and the chin bar is against my chin all the time. The chin guard pulled out the first time I took it off and is superfluous with my beard tightly plugging the gap anyway. The plastic finishing edge at the bottom juts in and nearly cut the ball tip of my pudgy nose when removing, so I have filed it down a little and it is now fine. Should settle in I suppose, if not it may fit a smaller head like yours. The handbook claims a "Morpho System" adaptable to every head shape with a illustrations of a big jowly squarehead and a thin faced pinhead, so I will have to see how it beds in.

As they say never buy a helmet online without trying it on first. But at AUD$200 delivered from Germany (EUR99 + EUR30 post) with 5 year warranty (probably useless here but indicates reasonable quality as was the original UK245 sterling price in 2010 and UN ECE REG 22.05) it may still be OK with a bit of adjustment.
This Dutch website is still selling them for EUR349. (AUD$542)

I wouldn't pay that for one!

I could not register our Australian design rule compliant ones on their Warranty website but will try to register this Germany sourced one. Lazer Helmets - Protect your freedom
