Mitch, I've had no cupping on my front Avons and very even wear. Just trying out the Bridgestone at the moment but if it's not brilliant I'll be going back to Avon on the front.

hey that's a bit more ks than me, i got 9000km's out of front and 10000km's from rear, what psi do you run I have 42 psi rear and 36 front I have 06 r3 classic
Certainly a concern if it was showing up consistently but I'm not aware that it was. We all have to live with the possibility of unexpected blow outs and failures - nothing's perfect. I'm sure there isn't one brand of tyre that's never had a catsatrophic blow out.

Im due for a new front tyre soon I was gonna try the BS following you but it seems I should maybe stick with the Avon, btw what happened with that liquid balance/sealer stuff sorry forgot the name.. did you try it ?
