as I said It makes you think unless you are actually lifting the back wheel and even then there would be a certain amount of that weight shift in Shear pressure not Weight pressure if you get what I mean.To me, that does not make a lot of sense since there is much more (virtually the entire weight of the bike and its contents) weight shifted forward on hard, emergency braking than with normal braking. thanks for the input, nonetheless!

For the weight to truly transferred to the front you would have to have the bike standing on its nose vertically ..... if that happens I don't want to be on the bike
