YES INDEED - Lush "street cams" fit with real life

Where did you get your chain @sonny, Hermys?

OEM Triumph Genuine Motorcycle Parts | HERMYS TRIUMPH eSTORE

Camshaft & Camshaft Drive. For 2011 Triumph Rocket III CLASSIC & ROADSTER | HERMYS TRIUMPH eSTORE

There appears to be two choices T1143200 and T1143210, depending on last 6 digits of VIN rather than Engine number as they state I think.
A bit odd that the later models do not come with the sprockets while the earlier version did.
Can @warp9.9 or the educated advise?

I found a UK eBay site that sells the chains but they appear to be identical.

Price: GBP 76.99
Approximately AU $141.56, US $100.64
+ shipping GBP 26.95 (approx. AU $49.55, US $35.23)

"There appears to be two choices T1143200 and T1143210, depending on last 6 digits of VIN rather than Engine number as they state I think."
First part number

Second part number

In reading your post above I get the idea you think these are both just chains if not im kind of confused and on a phone so slow . Let me go read again.

Not a huge issue it seems Hermys may have added some VIN /engine number details not relevant, maybe just availbility time frames.

Ok so some of this might or might not make sense. The above is still true. Now before triumph developed the roadster they went thru dome growing ppains and make a few different style cam chain guides my bet is the vin number helps. I also noticed you actually can't look for 2004 and 2005 rocket parts on Hermy's site. Seem strange but maybe thats why the insist on ypur vin number when you order from them. This could help with the odd changes as they were growing. It also could be the old part number gets superceded by a new one and the dealer doesn't know that. It has happend to me which is why I would call thrm if I wanted the best operational lifter piece for my 07 bike verses being forced to order the POS style that came with the bike.

Anyway the other two bike biz links well you might notice the same thing when you buy blow up dolls if you're not picky.

OK. Down and skinny. T1143200 German made 170 links is the proper chain. Fits the sprockets on roadsters. Not that hard to figure out. Sorry my man but will take the German tech over the Jap crap.:D:D:D:D

Bought a small BMW made in Germany lately? Huge amounts of 'German' tech is being made in Thailand, China, and Eastern Europe these days.;):D

Hey wasn't 'Jap' a censored racially pejorative word previously, what else has changed?;)

I do not think there is much of that Nipponese 'crap' anymore it sort of went out with mid to late 60's pencils and pressed tin toys.;):D
Then South Korean exports copped the tag, then Chinese, but even their auto industry has moved up several notches in the last couple of years and even KIA, previously the dog of the S. Korean makers, is now producing large powerful performance sedans like the Stinger with some regard from the Motoring techs/journos and police forces world wide.

Ahhem need we mention HD?:D:rolleyes::roll::roll::roll:
