Issue #1 – Starting Problem 5 days after I changed the battery:

I replaced my old battery with a NOCO 12V lithium. Everything was fine — even did a 300-mile trip — but now every time I fill the tank to the top, the bike refuses to start.
  • No crank, no click
  • Fuel pump not working until I reset the ECU
  • no neutral light, no pump sound
The only thing that gets it going again is disconnecting the battery's positive terminal for ~20 mins. After reconnecting, it starts right away.

UPDATE!
Issues #2 – Still Happens + New Engine Leak:

Switched to a brand new acid battery (both batteries they was fully charged and brand new from the box) — same issue. ECU reset didn’t solve it. Now, the problem comes back even in short rides (~14 mins).
Also found a leak on the front of the engine — not sure if it’s oil or coolant yet.

we are on the peak of summer here in Florida and its too hot so maybe its the overheat/leaking or I need to swap/clean the fuel pump?
My guess:
Possibly the ECU or a failing fuel pump. Thinking of replacing the pump but not sure which one to get. Could also be electrical/ground related?

Appreciate any insight — this issues left me stranded in the Florida sun at noon yesterday. FUN :)

IF you disconnect the battery and when you hook it back up it works that sounds like the battery terminals.
but i would replace the engine management relay seems to be one problem and if that doesn't work then you will need to check voltages at the terminals of the engine management relay
