Rocket 3 R storm
After fitting IXIl exhaust on my 2025 Storm R I noticed a casting mark underneath the paint finish on Swing Arm - Contacted Triumph via my local dealer and was told that this mark is a Casting Mark and not a defect and is normal and present on all Rocket 3 models - it is usually hidden behind standard exhaust - has anyone else got this mark on Swing Arm ??

Hi Rok - Thanks for your reply - the first photo is my bike - the second photo a mate found on Facebook on his phone - I thought it was a defect but Triumph insist it is normal and on all Rocket 3 swing arms - just felt like I was being fobbed off 😀 nice to know other owners have noticed this - Thanks again Rik 😀😀

you should get new one under warranty
I have tried - Triumph claim that this casting mark is present on all Rocket 3 and is part of the manufacturing process and is not a defect - Triumph also say that the casting marks are hidden by the standard exhaust and because of this is acceptable - Triumph would not recognise it as a defect and would accept the warranty claim - I am disappointed that Triumph think that this is acceptable on such a premium expensive bike - Thanks Mark
