No they are not available anymore. They are (were) made by Travelguy. You might pm him and see if any of his last batch aren't spoken for.
 
guys, give me a chance.. i am working this out, i have gotten so many requests i am looking at options... krap bet i get blocked by the web master now... and me such a nice, uber cool and fasinating guy.. handsome also
 
I don't think you'll have to worry about getting banned, but I think a lynch mob will form if you don't make anymore.
 
Hey times are tight. What about all that money you made selling them, you can become a site sponser, high roller. You and your fancy west coast living. You can't even have a normal governor, you have to hire a movie star to do it.
