Depends on weight height and strength. The time I dropped my R3 at the gas station on its left side (kick stand side) was simply grab both grips, turn wheel full left, hold front brake, lift and push to the 2 o’clock direction (if your seated), and it came up easily.
Both Gas and Coolant will leak if left on the side. Both have open air drains that will flow if left on its side. If it leaked towards the front of the bike, water, if it was from the seat area, fuel.
