Swapped my GT to mid pegs and cannot shift to 5th or 6th gear. Measured 48.6mm between ball joints… I’m out of ideas….. help!?

Swapped my GT to mid pegs and cannot shift to 5th or 6th gear. Measured 48.6mm between ball joints… I’m out of ideas….. help!?

I'm not the original poster that couldn't get it to shift, I was seeing if it could be shifted with the bike off since that is what the original poster was doing and reporting back that they should ride it since it wont shift through the gears with it not running. Thanks though
