Do you have tune boy or tune ecu? If so what else has been done to the tune? Secondaries in or out or set to open 100% for instance and timing de-restrictions?.
If not I at three of their maps and will give you my opinion once I find out a little more about your bike.

Thanks, I dont have the tuneboy or tune ecu cable, I've done nothing else to the bike yet just left it stock for the moment, just added the ramair filter and crankcase breather.
I picked up the pcv on recommendation of a local dyno shop, i will eventually swap the exhaust but wanted to avoid dipping nearly 400$ every time to have the bike re dyno'd adjusted :)
its had 0 tuning to date so its completely stock.

Ok if no one comes up with something they have done I looked at four maps and of the four I would start with 21-003-003 which is for the slip on pipes (more open) and OEM filter. I figure your adding air and this one add fuel more then their stock one but less then the Jardine one with stock filters which is what I would try second 21-003-007. Now if you did not pick up a 02 eliminator it will lean the bike out anyway. This also can be done with the tuning software later on when your more comfortable. The software is worth it alone for maintenance and diagnostics.
Of course if your tuner does not know it and he does know the PCV then that is the right choice for now. When you go to put pipes on her then we can at least get someone with a cable to change a few things and give you 30 hp more before you go on the dyno :D
Or you can get the cable and we will walk you thru it. Even if you could do it now before your tune gets it you will be amazed. In fact if you decide to go that route you should get a base line pull before you put the pipes and release the power hidden in the ecu.

Oh where are you in Canada?

Thanks, Ive just ordered a cable from eBay for tune ecu, should take several weeks in snail international mail :)
I live in Guelph,Ontario, Canada. (its about an hr west of toronto)
Closest Dyno i found was http://www.fast-company.ca/ .. there about 20 min ride away, they say its 3-4hr dyno time though at 120$ an hr? Do bikes really take that long on a dyno? Ive never done the process before.
Thanks

if you were to get the Auto Tune module for your PCV I have a AFR Map that will sort the fueling out but as Scot (@warp9.9) said use the TuneECU software to give better base map (ignition tables and 10% open secondary's etc) I can also send you a good base map to be installed with the TuneECU software

Don't waste your time retuning with just Ramair filter, you can run stock tune.
Do yourself a favour and wait until you get TORs and get Tuneboy/Dynod.
No use letting air in if you don't let it out!!!!
Also recomend crossover bypass, regardless of what anyone says, they are restrictive. With the above, about $1500, you will realise its the best 1500 you have spent on a bike.

As for dyno tuning the PCV, it could take 3-4 hours. My tuner does it manually, trimming each cell in the PCIII trim table. The results were outstanding. Dynojet also has software called Tuning Link which automaticall fills in the table when they run the bike up on the dyno. This doesn't take much time as I understand it. You shoukd ask them how they're doing it.
