Paul Bryant Viking 3-into-1 header, plus Dain's single muffler = beautiful

Have you checked out the cans from CES? They're pretty cool and I sure like mine!

I had previously installed Dain's muffler, eliminating the cross-over and one pipe.

Yesterday, Paul Bryant's 3-into-1 header showed up in the mail, along with the special clamp that allows to retain the chrome cover.

I did the "12 minute tune".

This morning, I rode the bike to the local shop for annual inspection.

The new sound is just what I was seeking !

Dain's exhaust with the stock header was a bit much.

As another poster noted, the addition of Paul Bryant's header noticeably reduced the bark, leaving the nice "I am 2300 cc's -- notice me" sound.

Thank you both ! @Paul Bryant @Dain

Beautiful looking machine you have there..

I would prefer the muffler be down around the axle for more pannier clearance. :inlove
+1 - AESTETICALLY I like the tailpipes to be something between this
TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 CUSTOM TWIN SILENCERS and CAT REPLACEMENT
and
TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 ROADSTER OUTLAW SYSTEM

Really closer to the first set but just short of the wheel spindle.

Either 3->1 or 3->2 - But with decent flowed headers.

I like those Paul. Would they connect to original pipes?. I can't tbh see my changing away from the THUGS but ...........

Mully, Rinehart only supplies complete systems for Harleys.
John had to buy a complete 2 into 1 system for a Harley to get just the muffler, he then on sold the header.

That explains everything

I'm in the process of doing the tooling to produce a muffler like this so this will be an option in the (near) future.

That sounds great!

Barbadris, I'm not sure if you were asking Paul (Joesmoe) or me this question, but I'll answer for you anyway.

I've built this header to be a direct replacement for the stock header, so if you wanted you could simply un-bolt your stock header and bolt this straight into your stock CAT and stock mufflers, or any other aftermarket tail end system that was made to slide onto the stock header.

One thing that I am able to do is build a set of mufflers to your requirements re the length, angle etc.
