I just finished installing my new air horn (www.wolo-mfg.com) while running the wires I was removing some of the covers and noticed several of the bolts where pretty loose had to go over and tighten several bolts. I have 8000 miles on the bike wondering if this is something I should be checking more often.
The air horn sounds great, now if someone gets close they may crap their pants.
Install was pretty easy.
Installed the unit under the left side panel fished a wire up to the old horn cut the terminals off and spliced the wires together then spliced the wires to the terminal and pluged the unit in presto new horn. had to wire tie the unit to the frame just because I didn't want to do any drilling. Took about 15 minutes.

I was trying to show off with my '70 Bonnie and I rode past a friend on the freeway at full tilt. He said, "yeah, sounded pretty good but something fell off". I said no way, I must have just hit something, maybe a rock. He said no it made sparks and kept up with us for a while, must have been metal that fell off. Later I went to Moores cycle and Keith looked at my bike and said, "whoa, why don't you have a nut on the rear motor mount?" ****.
