170+ hp with just exhaust and intake is a very good result.
If you really get that, 200 with cams added should be possible.

THATS funny I see posts of stock engined bikes making 17O + HP with just exhaust and intake mods and a retune SO you think you cant make 30 HP more with CAMS ?

So from "just cams" now it's cams + $2500 exhaust + intake mods
Everyone knows Carpenter can make big numbers so this is not anti anyone, but
If only cams can give 200hp 180ftlb the big valve freeflowing head etc in the '210' kit is worth less than 10hp
We have seen '240' modded bikes with pistons/valves/springs/under bucket shims/headwork/tuneboy & Cams with exhausts like
Jardines, Preds Tors make only just over 200hp 170ftlb

So 200hp 180ftlb with "just cams" I just do not see
I must see if I can dig up the flow rate for a stock head, as that is the limiting factor.

YES YOU must use the proper exhaust and intake on all the bikes thats the problem if owners want to use those restrictive exhausts then they will not make the HP they should BUT they want to argue and insist on using them SO thats on them WE have seen as much as 227 HP with the 210 KIT and 255HP with the 240 KIT and 270 HP with the big valves and cams etc BUT thats using our BRUTE exhaust system

it's not fun being the dumbest guy in the room, but sombody has to so here goes. the power coming on after 2k is a result of the dyno run and the bike doesn't need to idle at 2k right? I work with a hammer all day things need to be explained to me sometimes.

WE have a customer running just cams and the BRUTE exhaust and he makes over 200 HP thats with stock pistons and no porting

Once again, you have been shown to use at best a half truth. $2,000 of exhaust pipe is not "just cams". Probably has non standard intake as well.

ONCE again your wrong all the bikes must have the proper exhaust to make HP even the stone stock engines so its a given that all the bikes will need intake and exhaust if you want to make HP

You are correct. 2k is where the dyno started not where idle is.
