tell us the fault numbers. and definition if you have that.

first fault code was P.0460 fuel level sensor malfunction.
second time around P.1105 map sensor pipe fault (I removed the sensor in the exhaust long time ago when I installed jardine exhaust is that why?)

If you removed the O2 sensor from the exhaust, and didn't turn it off in the ECU, then it will throw a CEL. It can be turned off with TuneECU and TuneBoy. I suspect that the Fuel Sensor malfunction could be cleared and it probably wouldn't come on again, but if it did then I would suspect the wiring. I would check the connections and that there is no bare wire where the insulation has worn because it had worn against something.

I am still betting that the sticking throttle is because something in the linkages has broken or there is a foreign object in there.

i don't think your o2 sensor had anything to do with setting the p1105 map code. like idk said o2 should be turned off as for the other codes i would clear them and see if they come back.

i am going to try to connect to my old laptop with the 1.8.2 tune ecu and check I think I turned off the 02 sensor cannot remember at this stage was 4 years ago . but that does not address the throttle problem I should have mentioned it occured not while riding but during this winter storage I rode the bike up on the table all was fine then, during my handgrip exchange is when I noticed the problem I have prepared a new set of tool to deal with this crapola my 16 ounce hammer , my two and one inch concrete chisels and my angle grinder with coarse wheel I placed all that in full view of the bike we will see if that scare the crapola out of the computer on the right side.

let me clarify I changed the rubber sleeve on both side keeping the inner part OEM
Yep, A change could have set something a drift. Applying lateral force to something not necessarily designed for those forces combined with age/fatigue..... something could have cracked or broken.
Easy to pull the throttle assy apart and check...

I did pull apart the throttle assembly when i opened the switch block nothing looks abnormal in there it is pretty much basic stuff ...problem has to be down by the throttle body
