engine management light "on"

The vacuum lines are not brass but the do slide over brass tubes like below

one is plugged and the other has a line that goes to a fuor port plastic connector thrre small lines one from each throttle body hooks to it and then a large one runs from it to the MAP sensor if your loosing to much vacuum it will throw a voltage alarm in the ecu. Which is the code your getting. Its either that or the electronic plug is off the map sensor. This is what throws the engien light. save yourself some money and chase them down. It could just be the plug on the map sensor or the large hose.

I was going to let the shop do it but you went to so much effort with picture et al I feel compelled tomorrow to get the tank up pull the filter and look for either a loose line or anything loose in the vicinity ..all the way to the sensor map, happy now!!
then I will for the first time use my new custom made (3x5 time 2)ramp to load the bike on to the truck and take it to the dealer for valve check and cam chain tensioner check

right click on it and see if you have the option to run it as "run as administrator"... then when you get prompted acknowledge it to run

computer and me like oil and vinegar!! I clicked so many time on tune ecu 2.5.5 that somehow it came up on screen looks same as the old one BUT looking for a while at the red square flashing in the bottom right corner not turning green and then a pop up window say ecu not connecting !!! blah blah blah ..try ignition off and on ...no joy checked all connections all are fine , and I had it going with version 1.8.2
and I did not keep it ...I wanted to compare the tune in the ecu (tune 20145 for decel with jar and 3 K&N )with killer tune 20528 or is it 20258 for jar and triple K&N.. maybe in montrose somebody will show me .

got the upper corner and now the bottom corner yeah! that's it , learn a thing today I will die a smart man!!

WARP I followed your good instruction and PICTURE . I found suction line #2 off the small plastic tee reconnected it. as far as the fuel level malfunction code frack that .who needs fuel level anyway.
bike is now in the shop for valve clearance check ,service manager says triumph procedure is to remove camshaft for valve clearance work so I told them to check the cam chain tensioner while shaft was off and replace if nedeed. thanks again for the experienced advice

Ian is right but the can check the tensioner drop and add the spacer if needed to bring the spring tension back to OEM pressure. I am still thinking on where the bolt came from!!!!!
