As nothing is broken in the throttle it just might be worth double checking that the throttle cables are routed correctly round the throttle tube.....

they are ..pull cable above and adjusted for tension , return below also adjusted on the 15th i load her up drop her to the shop and let the mechanic take care of the head scratching .. I have had enough , if it is as I suspect something to do with throttle body I do not want to fiddle with that.

The P1105 map sensor pipe fault is the vacuum line going to the map sensor. there are three that come off the throttle bodies running into a plastic tee that turns into a larger vacuum line running to the Map sensor.

If a vacuum tube has come off then it may be caught in the throttle mechanism.
