Hi all, the Touring is sure Quiet but I would like to make a bit more noise, anyone remove the cats from Exhausts ?? or Selling Triumph Off-Road (TOR) or Dave Platt Exhausts, as cash is tight , cat removal would make sense if other route is mucho expensive ?? TriumphRocket Touring
It might be easier to just drill the exhaust silencers to open the silencers. I don't know what year they switched from a cat box under the motor to putting the cat in the silencers, but I know that did at some point on the Gen 1 bikes. You might post up a pic of what your exhaust collector looks like and post that to see if it's a cat or just a collector. The photo I saw earlier of your Touring looked like it had the cat under the bike but can't tell with seeing it.
