Brake Pads

Well...., that was easy! I just finished. As you can see my last post was 5:45. It is now 6:08pm. Time to take it for a test ride. If you never hear from me again....., you know I screwed up!

So changing the rear pads can be done without removing the tire????!!!!!!!!!

You can actually do it without any tools at all if your fingers are tough enough.

All I used for the rear brakes were my fingers the frontbrakes required allen key and some wee pliers.

Yeah I had rear brake problems in MV last year. My own mistake for not using the fronts. Anyway, Skip showed me how to do them and I thought, wow, what a smart enginering dept., and I starting loving my R3T that much more.

HH all the way I would not trust any other Pads, the EBC ones Flip sell are what stops me from killing myself, I have used HH pads in the last 3 bikes and on every bike they have improved the braking everytime with no bad rotor wear

I had the new brake pads sparkling before I installed them, now for some reason my bike takes twice as long to stop
