I have slightly raised bars - KhromeWerks Wide Sweeper 2+2. On a Standard/Roadster you will need Touring throttle cables and 4" overlength Clutch cable. The bars will also need extending by 2" each side. I am 5'8" and they are spot on. tbh I'd prefer a bit narrower - as the Barkbusters now catch a bit of wind but other than a custom bend I can see no way around it.

I made a couple of sets from 6061-T6 aluminum a few years ago, when I had Access to a CNC Machining Centre. the Gold coloured are 9" rise 7 the Red are 6". The risers where machined from 4" x 1" billet and the round was 1" solid bar, press fitted together. Excuse the junk in the background
